Fooj(Fudge) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. sugar
1 can (13 oz.) evaporated milk
1 Tbsp. white syrup
1 Tbsp. water
1 stick oleo
4 sq. unsweetened chocolate
Preparation

Mix all in pan, cook over low heat until oleo melts.
Increase heat slightly, cook to soft ball stage.
Use electric mixer and beat until starts to thicken, pour into buttered pan.
