Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
2 c. cooked rice
1/4 c. onion, diced
1 1/3 tsp. salt
1/3 tsp. black pepper
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
Preparation

Mix ingredients, using one can of tomato sauce.
Place in peppers, which have been seeded.
Pour other can of tomato sauce over them.
Cook one hour or until tender on 350\u00b0.
Cover loosely.
