Peanut Butter Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. sugar
    1/2 c. margarine
    pinch of salt
    1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
    1 c. smooth peanut butter
    1 (13 oz.) jar marshmallow cream
    1 c. broken pecans (optional)
Preparation
    In heavy saucepan, boil sugar, butter, salt and milk for 10 minutes.
    Start timing when mixture comes to rolling boil.
    Stir frequently.
    Remove from heat.
    Add peanut butter, marshmallow cream and nuts; mix well.
    Pour into buttered 17 x 11 x 3/4-inch pan.
    Chill thoroughly; cut into small squares.
    Keep refrigerated in airtight container.
