Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large bananas
    1 tsp. soda
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. soft margarine
    2 eggs
    2 c. flour
    pinch of salt
    1/2 c. ground nuts
Preparation
    Cream sugar and butter; add beaten eggs.
    Alternately add flour and bananas (previously mash bananas and mix in soda); add nuts.
    Bake in greased and floured pan at 275\u00b0 to 300\u00b0 for about 1 to 1 1/4 hours; turn off oven and let soak until done.
    Be sure to use enough bananas.
    They are what make it moist.
