Banana Colada - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium bananas, cut in chunks (about 2 c.)
    1 c. skim milk
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple in juice (about 1 c.)
    6 Tbsp. cream of coconut
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. rum extract
    1 1/2 tsp. ground allspice
    2 c. ice cubes, crushed in blender
Preparation
    In a blender, combine the bananas, skim milk, pineapple and its juice, cream of coconut, sugar, rum extract and allspice. Blend mixture into a puree.
    Then add the ice and blend again until smooth.
