Peanut Butter Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. white sugar
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    3 egg whites
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 tsp. butter
    2 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
    3 heaping Tbsp. peanut butter
    2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Make vanilla filling:
    Set aside the egg whites.
    Cook 1 cup sugar, cornstarch, vanilla, butter and milk until thick, pour half of the vanilla filling in a deep dish pie shell and set aside. Then take powdered sugar and peanut butter, mix until crumbly, pour 3/4 cup of crumbs on filling.
    Pour remaining vanilla filling on top of crust.
    Beat egg whites until peaks form.
    Add 2 tablespoons sugar, beat until stiff.
    Spread on pie.
    Put remaining peanut butter crumbs on top of pie.
    Cook at 325\u00b0 until brown.
