Seafood Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
2 Tbsp. tomato puree
1 1/2 tsp. Dijon-style mustard
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1 Tbsp. grated onion
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 dash of Tabasco sauce
Preparation

Combine first 4 ingredients in a medium mixing bowl.
Mix well.
Add remaining ingredients until well blended.
Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Serve with cooked shellfish.
