Covered Rump Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. rump roast (beef)
    1 large onion, sliced
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. stock or tomato juice
    1/4 tsp. Tabasco
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Place fat side up on rack in a roasting pan.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Spread onion slices under and over roast.
    Cover and cook 2 1/2 to 3 hours at 350\u00b0.
    Remove from pan and make gravy.
