Hamburger-Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 beef bouillon cubes
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes or tomato soup
1 large onion, diced
3/4 c. celery, diced
3 medium carrots, diced
1 bay leaf
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
desired amount of diced potatoes and green beans
Preparation

Brown hamburg in a large saucepan.
Put water and bouillon cubes in pan to dissolve over medium heat.
Add to browned hamburg.
Add rest of vegetables and spices.
Simmer until done. (Discard bay leaf.)
