Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    1/2 c milk
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 c sugar
    3 T lemon juice
    1 (9 inch) unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Melt butter until caramel color.
    Add milk until almost scalded.
    Cool.
    Beat eggs, add sugar and lemon juice.
    Pour into pie shell, bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
