7-Up Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. shortening
    1 egg
    5 Tbsp. cold 7-Up
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Mix flour, salt and shortening together. Combine egg, 7-Up and vinegar. Stir into flour mixture quickly so dough clings and cleans bowl. Work dough into smooth, flat round.
    Divide in half (2 balls).
    Makes enough for 2 crusts (9-inch).
