Vegetarian Golden Fried Scallops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can scallops (vegetable protein)
    2 Tbsp. garlic powder
    2 eggs
    1 c. milk or half and half
    1 c. seasoned or plain bread crumbs
    vegetable oil
Preparation
    Drain scallops.
    Beat eggs and milk together, forming batter. Dip scallops in batter, then in bread crumbs and sprinkle generously garlic powder on scallops.
