Ingredients

2 c. brown sugar or 1 c. brown and 1 c. white sugar
1 c. butter
2 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
3 1/2 c. flour (unsifted)
1 1/2 c. dates
1 c. nuts
Preparation

Cream sugar, butter, eggs and sour cream. Sift all dry ingredients together. Add to cream mixture with dates and nuts. Drop on cookie sheets and bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until done.
