Glazed Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. carrots
    1/3 c. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. grated orange rind
    2 tsp. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Scrape carrots and slice into 1/4-inch crosswise slices.
    Put 1-inch water , with 1/2 teaspoon salt per cup of water, in a saucepan.
    Bring to a boil and add carrots.
    Cover and heat to boiling.
    Cook for 12 to 15 minutes or until carrots are tender.
