Mardi Gras Rice Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 c. cooked popcorn rice or regular
1 c. frozen peas
1 c. frozen corn, cooked and drained
1/2 head red cabbage, shredded
1/3 c. green pepper
3 Tbsp. sliced green onion
3 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. creole seasoning
1 tsp. curry powder
Preparation

Combine first 7 ingredients in large bowl and set aside. Combine mayonnaise, creole seasoning and curry.
