Bacon-Topped Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sour cream
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
3 Tbsp. grated onion
3 Tbsp. pickle relish (sweet)
1 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. lemon pepper
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
6 slices bacon, cooled and finely chopped
1/4 c. minced fresh parsley
1/4 c. finely chopped almonds, toasted
Preparation

Combine cream cheese and sour cream in a large mixing bowl; beat at medium speed of an electric mixer until smooth.
Add cheese, onion, relish, horseradish and seasoning.
Beat at low speed until well blended.
Cover and chill thoroughly.
