Chicken Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chicken
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    2/3 c. cornbread stuffing mix
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    2 Tbsp. reduced fat sour cream
Preparation
    Combine chicken, egg, stuffing mix, parsley and 1/4 teaspoon each salt and pepper in large bowl until well blended.
    Shape into 16 equal-size meatballs.
