Hamburger Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    2 lb. hamburger meat
    1 onion
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 soup can water
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Peel and cut potatoes into fourths.
    Boil in water until tender.
    While that cooks, fry hamburger meat and onion.
    When brown, drain off grease.
    Add mushroom soup and can of water. Place potatoes in casserole dish.
    Pour hamburger mixture over potatoes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Garnish with shredded cheese, if desired.
