Poppy Seed Dinner Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cake yeast
    1/3 c. warm water
    1 c. scalded milk
    1/4 c. sugar
    4 c. flour
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix lightly.
    Roll out and cut in wedges (pie shape).
    Roll toward point to make crescent shaped rolls.
    Let rise.
    Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven until lightly browned.
    Brush with beaten egg white and sprinkle with poppy seed or sesame seed before baking.
