Sweet Potato Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 medium sweet potatoes
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 stick butter
1 Tbsp. vanilla
2 beaten eggs
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
miniature marshmallows
Preparation

Boil sweet potatoes and then mash.
Combine all ingredients except marshmallows; beat until fluffy.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until lightly browned.
Then add marshmallows to top and return to oven until golden brown.
For a variation pumpkin or squash can be substituted for the sweet potatoes.
