Blueberry Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. Crisco
    2 eggs, separated
    1/3 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. blueberries
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until stiff.
    Add 1/4 cup of the sugar to egg whites.
    Cream Crisco plus remaining sugar.
    Add egg yolks and vanilla.
    Add dry ingredients with milk.
    Fold beaten egg whites; add berries.
    Sprinkle top with sugar.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
