Cranberry Quick Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. margarine
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
3 c. flour
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. orange juice
2 Tbsp. orange rind
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 c. chopped cranberries
Preparation

Beat margarine and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each.
Combine dry ingredients and add, alternating with the juice, mixing well after each addition.
Stir in cranberries and nuts.
Pour into greased and floured 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes; remove from pan.
Serve with Sweet Orange Spread.
