Kraut And Wieners - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can kraut
    1 medium potato, grated
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. beef wieners
    1 tsp. butter or bacon grease
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Melt butter or bacon grease in skillet.
    Mix potato and kraut well and add to skillet.
    Cut wieners in 1-inch pieces and put on top of kraut.
    Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
