Chicken Swiss - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless skinned chicken breasts
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    1 Tbsp. water
    1/4 c. (1/2 stick) butter
    1/2 c. plain dried bread crumbs
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    flour to dredge chicken in
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1 c. shredded Swiss cheese (4 oz.)
Preparation
    Gently flatten chicken breasts between pieces of wax paper with rolling pin or flat side of meat mallet.
    Combine egg, water and 1 tablespoon mustard in bowl.
    Combine bread crumbs, thyme, salt and pepper on piece of wax paper.
    Coat chicken evenly with flour.
    Dip chicken in egg mixture; roll in bread crumbs.
