Chocolate Potato Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1/2 c. cocoa
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. shortening
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 c. mashed potatoes
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped walnuts
    1/3 c. milk
Preparation
    Stir together flour, cocoa, baking powder, salt and cinnamon; set aside.
    In large bowl of mixer, cream shortening and sugar until light.
    Add eggs and beat until fluffy.
    Add potatoes and vanilla.
    Mix until well blended.
    Stir in flour.
    Mix alternately with milk.
    Stir in nuts.
    Pour into greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    Bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes or until tests done.
    Cool in pan on rack.
    Cut in bars, serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
    Makes 18 bars.
