Greek Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 recipe Spinach Crust
    8 oz. Feta cheese
    8 oz. Ricotta cheese
    1 medium onion, sliced
    1 large, ripe, fresh tomato, sliced
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    freshly ground pepper to taste
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Prepare the crust.
    Let the cheeses come to room temperature while you cook the bacon.
    Cream the Feta and Ricotta cheeses together and spread evenly over the crust.
    Cover with the sliced onions and tomatoes.
    Drizzle the olive oil over the top and bake for about 20 minutes.
    Top with freshly ground pepper.
    Yields one 12-inch pizza.
