Brunch Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 slices day-old bread
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    3 eggs
    3/4 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Grease a 1-quart baking dish.
    Break bread into cubes.
    Toss with cheese in baking dish.
    Beat eggs, milk, mustard, salt and pepper and pour over bread and cheese.
    Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight.
    Bake, covered at 350\u00b0
    for 45 to 50 minutes.
