Spaghetti Meat Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small onion
1 small can mushrooms, drained (save liquid)
1 lb. ground chuck
1 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
2 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 can tomatoes
1 can tomato sauce
1/2 c. water
Preparation

Chop onion and mushrooms and brown in small amount of margarine.
Add ground chuck and brown.
Add salt, pepper and garlic salt while browning.
Stir in flour after meat is brown. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, liquid from mushrooms, 1/2 cup water, vinegar and Worcestershire sauce and simmer for at least 30 minutes.
