Cabbage Goulash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. bulk sausage
1 lb. ground chuck
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 28 oz. can tomatoes, chopped or blended
1 can tomato paste
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp. chili powder
1 Tbls. garlic powder or 1 clove garlic
10 c. shredded cabbage
Preparation
-
Brown sausage, ground chuck and onion-drain well. Add 5 next ingredients and simmer 5-10 minutes. Add cabbage.
Cover and simmer till cabbage is tender. Serve with pinto beans and corn bread.
