Low Carb Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 ham bones with meat
    2 qt. tomatoes
    3 qt. water
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    1/2 c. onion, chopped and leaves
    2 to 3 Tbsp. parsley
    3 (4 oz.) cans mushrooms
    8 c. cabbage, sliced
    2 c. green beans (canned, fresh or frozen)
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    seasoned salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Put ham bones with meat in stockpot.
    Add tomatoes, water, celery, onion and parsley. Bring to boil; reduce heat and simmer until ham comes off bone. Remove ham and bone and take ham off bone. Cut up. Put ham in pot. Add mushrooms, cabbage, beans, seasoned salt and pepper to taste. Cook until vegetables are done. Add lemon juice and serve.
