Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 large ripe bananas (1 c.)
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1/2 stick margarine, melted
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. salt
1 c. broken nuts
Preparation

Mash bananas.
Add sugar, egg and margarine.
Blend with wooden spoon.
Add sifted dry ingredients and mix well.
Fold in nuts and mix again.
Pour into well-greased 9 x 5-inch loaf pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
