Hamburger (Turkey) Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 clove minced garlic
    1/4 c. butter or Pam
    1 lb. ground turkey
    2 Tbsp. wheat flour/whole grain
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms
    1 can low-fat cream of chicken soup
    1 c. low-fat sour cream
    2 tsp. minced parsley
Preparation
    Saute onion, garlic and butter over medium heat.
    Add turkey. Brown.
    Add flour, salt, pepper and mushrooms.
    Cook with meat for 5 minutes.
    Add cream of chicken soup.
    Simmer, uncovered 10 minutes.
    Stir in sour cream and parsley.
    Serve over noodles or rice.
