Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. oil
    4 eggs
    1/2 c. cold water
    2 c. cooked pumpkin
    4 c. white sugar
    3 1/2 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. soda
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. cloves
    1 c. chopped nuts
    2 c. raisins (optional)
Preparation
    Oil and flour 4 small loaf pans.
    Cream together oil and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time; mix well. Sift dry ingredients and add alternately with water to creamed mixture. Blend in pumpkin, nuts and raisins. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes. You can freeze these; keeps very well.
