Ingredients

3 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 Tbsp. sliced green onions
1/4 tsp. coarsely ground pepper
6 (4 oz.) grouper fillets
vegetable cooking spray
1 Tbsp. reduced calorie margarine, melted
Preparation

Combine first 3 ingredients in a small bowl.
Place fillets on rack of a broiler pan coated with cooking spray; brush with margarine.
Broil 5 1/2 inches from heat 8 minutes.
Turn fish; spread mustard mixture evenly over fillets.
Broil an additional 3 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Yield:
6 servings (127 calories and 21% fat per serving).
