Oven Baked Chicken Fingers(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. chicken tenders
    1/4 c. skim milk or 1 percent milk
    3 egg whites
    1 c. corn flakes or dry bread crumbs
    1 c. fat-free parmesan cheese
    1 tsp. basil
    1 tsp. thyme
Preparation
    Mix milk and egg whites.
    Mix dry ingredients together.
    Dip chicken in milk-egg mixture, then in the crumb mixture.
    Line baking sheet with foil; coat foil with cooking spray.
    Place chicken tenders on baking sheet and bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 18 minutes.
    Serve with honey or hot mustard.
