Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. chicken or turkey, cooked and cut in bite-size pieces
2/3 c. onion, chopped
2/3 c. celery, chopped
2/3 c. green pepper, chopped
2/3 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. chicken broth
salt, pepper, garlic powder and Tabasco to taste
10 slices bread, cubed
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 mushroom soup can milk
3/4 c. sharp cheese, grated
Preparation

Combine chicken, onion, celery, pepper, mayonnaise, broth and seasonings.
Place 5 slices of cubed bread in bottom of 3-quart casserole; spread chicken mixture over.
