Cranberry Crumb Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 c. butter
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 pkg. (4 serving) butter pecan pudding
1 c. sour cream (8 oz.)
1/3 c. oil
4 eggs
1 c. jelly cranberry sauce (8 oz.), diced in small cubes
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Combine brown sugar, flour and cinnamon in small bowl.
Combine cake mix, pudding mix, sour cream, oil and eggs in large bowl.
Blend for 4 minutes.
Pour into pan.
Dice cranberry sauce and sprinkle evenly on top of batter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
Carefully remove partially baked cake from oven and sprinkle with sugar mixture.
Bake 10 minutes longer.
Remove from pan and turn crumb side up.
