Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. carrots
    2/3 c. mayonnaise
    1 onion, grated
    2/3 c. sharp cheese, grated
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    salt and pepper
    Ritz cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Cook carrots and chop in food processor.
    Combine with other ingredients.
    Pour into a 2-quart greased casserole.
    Top with cracker crumbs and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
