Egg Nog - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 egg
1 tsp. sugar
rum flavoring to taste
whipping cream (1/2 pt. is right for 8 eggs)
nutmeg to taste

Preparation

Separate the egg. Beat the yolk. Add sugar as you mix. Add flavoring. Beat in egg white.
Whip the cream and top mixture. Dust with nutmeg.
