Ingredients

1/4 c. orange juice
3 Tbsp. honey
3 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel (optional)
1/4 tsp. salt
dash of nutmeg
2 tsp. cornstarch
1 lb. carrots, sliced
Preparation

Cook carrots in water until tender.
Drain; cook remaining ingredients until well blended.
Stir in cooked carrots and cover with lid and cook 7 to 8 minutes.
Stir once.
Let stand 3 minutes before serving.
