Mushroom-Bacon Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 (3 oz.) can drained and chopped mushrooms (about 1/2 c.)
    4 slices bacon, crisp cooked, drained and crumbled
    2 Tbsp. sliced green onions
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 hamburger buns, toasted
Preparation
    Combine ground beef, mushrooms, bacon, onions, Worcestershire and salt; mix thoroughly.
    Shape into 4 patties.
    Broil for 8 to 10 minutes.
    Turn; broil 8 to 10 minutes more, or to desired doneness.
    Serve on split, toasted buns with additional green onions, if desired.
    Makes 4 large servings.
