Crab Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. sea legs, coarsely chopped
    3/4 c. unseasoned bread crumbs
    1/4 c. finely chopped onions
    3 Tbsp. parsley
    1/2 c. milk
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 stick oleo
Preparation
    Combine sea legs, crumbs, onions and parsley in bowl.
    Stir in milk and egg, Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice.
    Mix well. Shape into about 8 patties.
    Add more bread crumbs if it is too moist.
    Fry in oleo in large skillet.
    Cook 2 minutes on each side, until brown.
