Polynesian Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 large can crushed pineapple
    1/4 c. chopped green onions
    1/2 c. diced green pepper
    rice
Preparation
    Combine beef, soy sauce, ginger, salt and pepper.
    Drain pineapple (reserve liquid).
    Mix 1/2 cup pineapple into meat; form into 1/2 inch balls.
    Brown thoroughly in hot skillet.
    Lower heat.
    Add remaining pineapple and syrup, onion and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
    Serve over rice.
