Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sifted plain flour
1 tsp. salt
2/3 c. plus 2 Tbsp. shortening
4 Tbsp. cold water
Preparation

Mix flour and salt together.
Cut in shortening using a pastry blender; sprinkle with water.
Mix with fork until dough can be gathered together with hand.
Press into a ball; divide into 2 parts; roll out on floured board.
Line pie pan with one crust and add filling, covering with remaining crust.
