Mexican Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 bag Doritos tortilla chips
1 bag shredded Mexican-style cheese
1 can Rotel tomatoes
6 boneless chicken breasts
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
Preparation

Cut chicken into cubes and cook until done.
Combine chicken with soups and Rotel tomatoes and bring to a boil.
Boil for 5 minutes and then remove from heat.
Cover the bottom of a 13 X 9 inch pan with crushed tortilla chips.
Spread 1/2 of cheese over chips and pour chicken mixture over cheese and chips.
Top chicken mixture with more crushed tortilla chips and remainder of cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese on top of casserole melts.
