Pineapple Carrot Jello Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. lemon Jell-O
    1 c. hot water
    1 can crushed pineapple
    2 c. shredded carrots
    1 c. pineapple juice
    1/2 c. green olives
Preparation
    Drain pineapple.
    Mix Jell-O, hot water and pineapple juice. Set until chilled.
    Add carrots, pineapple and olives.
    Serve with thin layer of Miracle Whip.
