Pretzel Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. crushed pretzels
3/4 c. oleo
3 Tbsp. sugar
8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
2 c. powdered sugar
1 large Cool Whip
1 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jell-O
2 c. boiling water
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
1 small can crushed pineapple with juice
Preparation

Combine pretzels with oleo and sugar.
Press into bottom of 9 x 13-inch glass dish.
Bake 7 minutes at 400\u00b0.
Let cool.
Blend cream cheese, powdered sugar and Cool Whip.
Spread over crust. Mix Jell-O with boiling water.
Add strawberries and pineapple with juice.
Chill until almost thick; pour over cheese mixture. Chill 1 hour.
