Salmon And Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. salmon (Double Q 14 3/4 oz. can)
    4 eggs
    1/4 stick margarine
    little water
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    small onion, chopped
Preparation
    Melt margarine in frypan.
    Add salmon (mashed with fork), eggs, water, salt, black pepper and onion.
    Cook on medium-low for 30 to 45 minutes.
    Serve over white rice.
