Spanish Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 c. brown sugar
    3/4 c. white sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. salad oil
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 egg
Preparation
    Blend first 6 ingredients well with a mixer.
    Remove 1/2 cup of mixture and save for topping.
    Add remaining ingredients to mixture and pour into greased cake pan.
    Sprinkle topping on cake and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
