Pork Hocks And Sauerkraut - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 or 4 fresh pork hocks
    1 bay leaf
    2 whole cloves
    1 big onion, chopped
    small potatoes (as many as needed)
    1 can sauerkraut, drained
Preparation
    Boil hocks until bones come to top and foamy.
    Change water and put hocks in.
    Boil and add bay leaf, onion, whole cloves. Cook until hocks are soft; put with potatoes.
    Season to taste after adding drained sauerkraut and cook for 10 to 15 minutes.
